In filling the application form and participating in the examination, the following conditions must be followed:- The prevailing rules and quota system of the government in the case of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in this regard will be followed. For general candidates age should be 18-30 as on 01/08/2013. However, the age is relaxable upto 32 (thirty two) years in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates.
Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Age will be proved on the basis of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate. Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply through/permission of appropriate authority. Candidates must produce the copy of permission issued by the concerned appointing authority at the time of oral and practical examination.
No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written, practical and oral examinations. Candidates who have passed the written test only in the practical test and candidates who have passed the practical test only in the oral test, as applicable The recruiting authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel/modify the recruitment notification. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
A set of attested photocopies of all relevant educational qualification certificates, experience certificates, quota certificates or certificates, national identity cards, birth certificates and filled application forms along with all the certificates and admissions submitted in the application must be submitted at the time of oral examination. The candidate who is a resident of the Union Parishad/Municipality should submit the citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation.

And if the applicant is the son/daughter of a heroic freedom fighter and the son/daughter of the son/daughter of a freedom fighter, there should be a clear certificate of his/her relationship with the freedom fighter, including the name of the candidate and the name of the freedom fighter’s son/daughter issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation/City Mayor. If any information provided or documents submitted by the candidate is found to be false, false or fake or if any of the documents are fake or used in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled.
And appropriate legal action will be taken against him. The authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate at any stage if wrong information/fake documents are produced. The latest issued rules of the government will be applicable on the above mentioned rules and conditions related to online application form- (a) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination under this notification can fill the application form on http://dgmeded.teletalk.com.bd website. All parts of the online form (photograph and signature) must be duly filled. Incomplete applications will be rejected outright.
