In filling the application form and participating in the examination, the following conditions must be followed: 01. Candidates age should be between 18-30 years as on 31 October 2024. However, age limit is relaxable up to 32 years in case of physically challenged and children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age. 02. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. In case of departmental candidates, subject to fulfillment of all conditions, the option of Departmental Candidate should be selected while filling the application form online.
This condition does not apply to others. [Departmental candidate means an employee who has been employed permanently or temporarily for at least 2 (two) years in the revenue sector of the Election Commission Secretariat and field offices under its jurisdiction]. The existing rules and quotas of the Government, amended (where applicable) rules and quotas shall be followed for recruitment. 04. At the time of participation in the oral examination, original copies of all educational qualification certificates along with National Identity Card and certificates issued by concerned authorities in support of special quota [where applicable] shall be produced.
Besides, at the time of oral examination, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as a proof of permanent resident of the district and if the applicant is the child of a freedom fighter, martyred freedom fighter or veteran, then the applicant is the child of a freedom fighter, martyred freedom fighter or veteran, issued by the concerned Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation. The original copy of the certificate has to be shown. 05. 01 (one) set of attested photocopies of certificates issued by concerned authorities in support of National Identity Card, attested certificates of all educational qualifications, special quota [where applicable] and training certificate along with online filled Application Form at the time of oral examination.

Apart from this, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as a proof of permanent resident of the district and if the applicant is the child of a freedom fighter, martyred freedom fighter or hero, the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation to the effect that the applicant is a freedom fighter, martyred freedom fighter or hero. (One) set of attested photocopies shall also be submitted. 06. The appointing authority reserves the right to reduce-increase, cancel or withdraw the number of posts mentioned in the notification. Mobile A Candidates will undergo written, practical and oral tests as applicable. Exam venue and schedule will be informed later. No travel or daily allowance (TA/DA) will be paid for appearing in the examination.
Terms and conditions related to online application form filling: a. The application deadlines are as follows: i. Starting date and time for online application form filling and application fee submission: 01 October 2024, AM – 09:00 AM. ii. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 31 October 2024, PM- 05:00 PM. Candidates who have received the User ID within the said period can deposit the prescribed amount for the exam fee via SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. b. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and a recent clear color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place.
