The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination: (1) The age limit of the candidate should be between 18 and 30 years as on 01/03/2020. However, the age limit for sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically disabled persons is 18 to 32 years. Affidavit is not acceptable for proving age. (2) Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. (3) Verification of candidate’s eligibility: If any information provided by the candidate or documents submitted is found to be fake, false or inconsistent with the minimum conditions sought in the notification, if it is proven to be fake or if he/she cheats or cheats in the examination, the candidature of the concerned candidate will be cancelled and appropriate legal action will be taken against him/her.
If incorrect information/forged documents are displayed, the authority reserves the right to cancel the candidature of any candidate who has passed the examination. During the oral examination, the originals of all the following certificates/documents must be presented and 01 attested photocopy of each must be submitted: (a) All educational qualification certificates of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable); (b) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Mayor/Councillor of the Union/Municipality of which the candidate is a resident; (c) Attested photocopy of the certificate/certificate issued to the candidate by the appropriate authority in support of the claim for quotas other than women’s quota; (d) If the applicant is the son-daughter or the son-daughter of a freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter.

(7) The finally successful trainees will have to join the training at the concerned Family Welfare Inspector Training Center within the specified date and time. Before joining, a certificate of physical fitness and non-pregnancy must be submitted by the Civil Surgeon (if pregnant, her nomination will be considered canceled). (8) The nominated trainee must be obliged to undergo training at any Family Welfare Inspector Training Center in Bangladesh.
