The following conditions are mandatory to be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination: The candidate must apply online by filling the prescribed application form issued by the Ministry of Public Administration by accessing the link http://dphe.teletalk.com.bd. Rules and conditions regarding filling the application form online The application period is as follows: Starting date and time for filling the application form online and submitting the application fee: 29.01.2025 AD. Date 10:00 AM Last date and time for filling the application form online: 27.02.2025 AD. Date 05:00 PM. Candidates who have obtained User ID within the said period will submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his/her recently taken color photograph (length 300 X width 300 Pixel) and signature (length 300 X width 80 Pixel) and upload it to the designated location. The size of the photograph should be within 100 KB and the size of the signature should be wihin 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself/herself should be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application form online. The candidate will keep a print copy of the application form filled in online as an aid for any examination-related needs and submit a copy at the time of the oral examination.
Rules for sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After filling the application form properly online, uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, the application form will be submitted and the application preview with the photo will be visible. If any information is wrong in the Applicant’s Copy or the photo is unclear (completely black/completely white/dim/rubbed) or the photo/signature is not correct, then you can apply again (on the web) only if you have not submitted the application fee. It is to be noted that no further changes/amendments/enhancements are acceptable after submitting the application fee, therefore. before submitting the application fee, the candidate must ensure that his/her recent color photo.

A User ID will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and using the User ID, the candidate will submit the following method by sending 02 (two) SMS through any Teletaik Pre Paid Mobile number and depositing the application fee of 50/- (fifty) Taka for the post of Office Assistant and 6/- (six) Taka for the online fee, non-refundable, i.e. a total of 56/-(fifty-six) Taka within 72 (seventy-two) hours. It is specially noted here that even if all the parts of the application form are filled and submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the application fee is deposited.
