Rajshahi Division Health Director Habibur Rahman said in first light, ‘There is a major crisis in the post of health assistant in the Rajshahi Division. New man force appointed in Pabna and Chapainawabganj. But the work pressure is high as the new recruitment is not completed in the remaining six districts—Rajshahi, Natore, Naogaon, Sirajganj, Bogra and Jaipurhat. ’

Mymensingh Divisional Health Director said, recruitment has been completed in Jamalpur in four districts. Due to no new recruitment in Mymensingh Sadar, Sherpur and Netrokona districts, existing staff are continuing vaccination program with additional pressure.
Speaking with field level staff, a health assistant was primarily working against three wards of a union. Due to vacant vacancies in many places, the neighborhood staff came and performed their duties. One of the best vaccination program in Bangladesh said,

Statement of Health Minister Health Minister Sardar Mo expressed hope about the overall public power crisis. Sakhaat Hossain. He said in first light, ‘We know that there are public power crisis in various fields including healhth assistants across the country. The process of recruitment of 1 lakh new manforce in the health department has already started to fill this vacancy.
This 1 lakh will include health assistant including technicians, nursing and midwifery—manforce of all sectors. We are committed to recruit qualified and skilled manforce. The minister also said, ‘our vaccination program is ongoing with an integrated efforts even though there is less in public power. Vaccination is not being disrupted due to manpower.
Service is being successfully implemented as staff of various departments work together. We are working to increase ground level capabilities by quickly completing this recruitment process. The concerned persons think that there will be a big change in the health sector
especially grassroots level services if this huge government recruitment program is completed. Joining this manpower field quickly will make it much easier to prevent the spread of infectious diseases like HAM and achieve long-term vaccination targets.
