Terms and Conditions :- 1. The candidate has to be a permanent resident of Habiganj district and a citizen of Bangladesh by birth. 2. All applicants must be minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 32 (thirty) years old on 01/09/2025 Note that affidavit is not acceptable in case of age evidence. 3. Office of Civil Surgeon, Hobiganj Memorial No.- Sisahabi/Shah-4/ Appointment-202085 Date- 19/07/2018 AD. Candidates who have applied for Health Assistant post in light of the original recruitment notice should not be required to reapply. Their applications will be considered acceptable if they are correct and eligible candidates will be issued on time to participate in the recruitment test. 4. All candidates applications will be accepted online only.

Candidate signature in application, written, verbal and practical (applicable) examination must be uniform. 5.
