Responsibility and Job Description:
Warm welcome to the guests
Assisting luggage at check-in and check-out
Delivering guests to rooms and explaining the facilities
Making sure the room is clean and ready
Delivering water, towels and essentials
Resolving the guest complaints quickly
Coordinating with front desk and housekeeping
Room service (food, laundry etc) deliver
Keeping the lobby and corridor clean
Keeping guest stuff safe
Keeping the guest privacy
Assisting elderly or special needs guests
Providing information about hotel service
Following health and safety rules
Report if there is any problem in the room
Keeping your uniform and grooming in order
Be polite and sympathetic to the guests
Observing the satisfaction of the guest
Helping other departments during busy times
