Application submission rules Every candidate should fill up the application form duly: Admit card and the following certificates/documents should be submitted to the examination center on the day of the written examination Attested photocopies of original or provisional certificates, certificates and mark sheets of all educational qualifications. 2. Nationality certificate issued by Chairman of respective Union Parishad/Ward Councilor of City Corporation/Mayor of Municipality (with mention of marital status and permanent address) and Character Certificate attested by First Class Gazetted Officer.
As proof of permanent address the person has to submit updated tax/tax payment proof against domicile declared as permanent address by himself/herself/parents or grandparent/grandparents or suitable proof of permanent address mentioned in passport or parent’s/grandparents’ national identity card.12 (bar) copies of recent passport size color photograph (wearing lab print and collared shirt in case of male candidates) attested by first class gazetted officer. Permission letter for candidature issued by the head of respective workplace/institution in case of employed candidates.

Attested photocopy of original Mukti Joddha certificate issued by Ministry of Mukti Joddha for children of Mukti Joddha. In case of other successors: (a) Attested photocopy of freedom fighter certificate (duly signed and countersigned by the competent authority) of their father’s father/parents/mother’s parents (if applicable) along with application form as sons and daughters of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter.
