However, in the case of orphans and physically challenged, permanent citizens of Dhaka, Manikganj, Munshiganj, Narayanganj, Narsingdi Faridpur, Gopalganj, Madaripur, Rajbari and Shariatpur districts under the jurisdiction of Customs Bond Commissionerate Dhaka (South) can apply.
