KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and arrange production as per schedule or plan
- Maintain product quality; minimize the cost and apply different techniques to maximize the effective manufacture storage and distribution goods
- Monitor the team activities and maintain all the machine and materials
- Maintain chemical composition, structure, properties of substances and the chemical processes and transformations
- Maintain SOP, ISO, GMP, GHP, PPE and HACCP guideline in production floor
- Ensure the entry of production date, expiry date. product specification and various parameter (Tem., Pressure, Volume, Weight, Cooling tem. Etc.) in the register
- Keep record of all production related document, relevant register and ensure the entry in ERP system
- Perform any other jobs delegated by the supervisor(s)
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
