The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:- The age limit of the candidate as on 01 September 2023 should be as described in column 3 of the notification. However, the age limit is relaxable up to 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of veer mukti joddha/martyr veer mukti joddha and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-Cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (Revised 2014) to fill up the vacant posts of Serial No. 2-3 of the table mentioned in this recruitment circular.
And to fill up the vacant posts of Serial No. 1 “Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules of Government Institutions” , 2019 to follow.” Candidates working in Govt/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick (v) in the box of Departmental Candidate while filling the application form subject to fulfillment of all conditions. This condition does not apply to others. For the post of computer operator and cashier cum computer operator, candidates who have cleared the written test can only appear in the practical test and the candidates who have cleared the practical test can appear in the oral test. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300 × width 80 pixels) and color photograph (length 300 × width 300 pixels) and upload it at the designated place. Photo size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be 60KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a color print copy of the online filled application form as a reference for any examination related requirements.
