The following conditions must be followed in filling up the application form and participating in the examination:

• The age of the candidate should be 18-30 years on 01/07/2021. However, in the case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters, the age is less than 32 years and in the case of sons and daughters of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyrs is less than 30 years. Affidavit of age proof is not admissible.
• Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority.
• Subject to fulfilling all the conditions of the candidates working in the department, while filling the online application form, they have to tick the relevant field (Departmental Candidate) designated for the departmental candidates. Employers during the oral examination of the departmental candidates
• The original copy of the no-objection certificate issued by the authority must be submitted. It is to be noted that the candidates who have been working permanently or temporarily for at least 2 (two) years in the posts created in the revenue department of the concerned ministry or department or the directorate or department will be considered as departmental candidates.
• Candidates working in the Sheikh Hasina National Institute for Burn and Plastic Surgery will be able to apply for the post of Revenue Budget from the completed development project as per the age relaxation rules, 2005 subject to fulfilling all the conditions mentioned in the post. Such candidates will have to tick the ‘SHNIBPs Project’ button allotted to them while filling up the online application form.
• In the case of Niag, other rules and regulations, including those relating to the existing quota of the government, and later amendments in this regard will be followed.

Candidates who have passed the written test must show the original copy of the following certificates and submit a set of attested photocopies to the authority during the oral test:

• Certificate of All Educational Qualifications, Certificate of Citizenship, Certificate of all types of training and Certificate issued by the Project Director in case of employees employed in the project and completed application form.
• Certificate issued by the appropriate authority as per the latest instructions of the government as proof of heroic freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter. Moreover, in the case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters / martyred freedom fighters, certificates of the relation of freedom fighters with the candidate given by the Chairman / Mayor / Ward Councilor of the City Corporation as appropriate evidence.
• Certificates issued by the appropriate authorities in the case of orphans and the physically challenged, minorities and applicants for Ansar and village defense quotas.

 

Terms of application

• Candidates wishing to participate in the examination will fill up the application form on the website http://shnibps.teletalk.com.bd. Online Application Form and Examination Fee Submission Date and Time: 10/08/2021 at 10:00 AM
• Last date and time to submit the online application: 31/08/2021 at 5.00 pm. Within that period, User ID recipients will submit the examination fee by SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online.
• In the online application form, scan the color picture of the candidate (length 300 x width 300) Pixel and signature (length 300 x width 60) Pixel and upload it at the designated place. Image size must be a maximum of 100 kb and signature size must be 60 kb.
• The candidate will save the printed copy of the completed application form online as an aid for any requirement related to the examination and will submit one copy during the oral examination.
