18th NTRCA Job Circular 2023 Eighteenth Teacher Registration Examination 2023 In order to register and certify candidates interested in becoming teachers in the private educational institutions of the country, applications are being invited from the candidates who wish to participate in the Eighteenth Teacher Registration Examination 2023 organized by the Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA). Candidates will undergo preliminary test in the first stage. Candidates who clear the preliminary test will be admitted to the written test in the second phase. Candidates who qualify the written test will be admitted to the oral test.
Registration Test Application Form A. Candidates who wish to participate in the examination should apply in the form given on the website http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd. b. Candidates who wish to participate in the registration examination must fill and submit the application form online in the manner mentioned in paragraph 4 of this notification. c. The notification is available on the website www.ntrca.gov.bd and http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd.

4. Online application form filling and fee payment start date and time 09 November 2023 09:00 am b. Last date and time for submission of application form online: 30 November 2023 upto 12:00 PM. c. Candidates who have passed the written examination shall compulsorily produce the original copies of the certificates mentioned in Clause 12(a) at the oral examination. B. Dr. A. Only candidates who have received User ID by 12:00 PM on 30 November 2023 can submit the fee within 72 hours (ie up to 12:00 PM on 03 December 2023) through SMS (following the instructions in paragraph 5 of the notification).
b. Instead of waiting for the last date and time, the candidate is advised to fill and submit the application form online carefully, keeping a reasonable time in hand and being 100% sure about the information given in the application. Rules for filling the online application form A. According to the educational qualification mentioned in paragraph 15, the candidate is eligible and willing to apply for the post by entering the website and selecting the radio button of that post to open the application form. b. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (length 300xwidth ) pixel and color image (white background) (length 300 × width 300) pixel and upload it to the specified place.

c. Otherwise the oral examination will not be accepted. . Candidates should save the print copy of the application form submitted online. After passing the preliminary and written examination, the original copies of the certificates required in clause 12 (a) shall be produced at the time of the oral examination. Moreover, a print copy of the online application form will be kept by the candidate personally during the examination so that the candidate can produce the same in case of verification of correctness.

The candidate will determine the optional subject of the registration test from the subjects mentioned in the notification against the post for which he is eligible and willing to apply for participation in the examination and mention it in the online application form. Candidate’s own name, father’s name and mother’s name should be filled in the same way as mentioned in the SSC or equivalent examination pass certificate in the online application form. The mobile phone number provided by the candidate in the online application form will be contacted for all exam-related matters, so it is advised to keep the number active at all times, send SMS and pay attention to follow the instructions received immediately.
