Conditions:

Candidates participating in the Certificate/Certificate and Written Examination have to submit the following documents to the Selection Committee. Photocopy of original/temporary proof of educational qualification attested by Gazetted Officer 1st Class. 6 copies of passport size photograph (front facing) attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer. Citizenship certificate issued by Ooni Parishad Chairperson-Municipal Chairman/Or and Counsel. Photocopy of National Identity Card (NID) attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer. Consent certificate signed by the guardian which is countersigned by the Union Parishad Chairman/Peru Sabha Chairman/Ward Councillor.

In the case of unmarried candidates, the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad or Municipal Chairman or City Corporation, as the case may be, by the concerned Ward Kaushir for physical fitness, written and oral examination must be presented in original of all the certificates.
