The following conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination (a) Candidates age must be between 18-30 years as on 18/01/2024. However, in case of children of brave freedom fighters/martyred brave freedom fighters and physically challenged, the maximum relaxation is up to 32 years as per government rules. Note that 30 years in case of sons/daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
(b) Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply through appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all serving candidates are required to produce the original copy of No Objection Clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
(c) The existing rules and quota system of the Government in respect of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules shall be followed. (d) At the time of oral examination, one set of attested copies along with original copies of all certificates should be submitted and one set of attested photocopies should be submitted along with the filled Application Form. Besides, the certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipality Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district, original copy of National Identity Card and if the applicant is the son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter, the applicant is the son-daughter or son-daughter of a brave freedom fighter/martyr.

Daughter must show the original copy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councillor/Municipal Mayor/Councillor along with the original copy of the certificate of the concerned freedom fighter. Original copy of certificate/certificate issued by appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than female quota must be displayed.
Candidate shall mean the child and widow of a railway employee who has completed at least 20 (twenty) years of service in the permanent post of Bangladesh Railways, or the child and widow of such employee (living or dead).
If applicable, the controlling person shall mention the working or retired (living or dead) relationship with the applicant. Attestation letter signed by the officer and countersigned by the head of department and proof of pet should be submitted. The authority reserves the right to revise/revise the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel/modify the notification. The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations.
