A. Attested photocopy of educational qualification certificate along with original copy. b. Attested photocopy of Class VIII/SSC/Equivalent pass along with original certificate by the Headmaster/Principal of the concerned School/Educational Institution mentioning the candidate’s permanent address and date of birth.
