Age limit should be 18-30 years as on 20th June 2023. However, age limit up to 32 years is admissible only in case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters and physically challenged. Sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and minor ethnic group candidates should be below 30 years of age. Affidavit is not admissible in determining age.
BNFE Job Circular 2023
As per Memorandum No. 05.00.0000.170.11.017.20.149 dated September 22, 2022 of the Ministry of Public Administration, Rule-1 Branch, if they are within the maximum age limit on 25-03-2020, the said candidates will get an opportunity to apply. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authorities.
All serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of No Objection letter issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. In case of departmental candidates to apply with the permission of the appropriate authority after fulfilling all the conditions, the latest quota policy of the government will be followed for determining the doctor quota. The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
Written and Oral Test will be conducted for all posts. Candidates who qualify the written and practical (where applicable) tests will be considered for the oral test. No TA/DA will be given for participation in written, oral and practical tests. Original copies of all certificates including national identity card must be produced during the oral test.
And one set of photocopies of all the attested documents should be submitted along with the filled Application Form. Besides, the certificate issued by the Chairman of the City Corporation/Municipality/Union Parishad as a proof of permanent resident of the district and if the applicant is the daughter of a freedom fighter/martyred freedom fighter.
The attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/ City Corporation Ward Councillor/ Municipal Mayor/ Councilor to the effect that the son-daughter of the freedom fighter/ martyred freedom fighter should be submitted. The applicant should also mention his/her last acquired educational qualification.
BNFE Job Circular
Orphan and Physically Handicapped candidates have to produce the original Orphanage Resident/Physically Handicapped Certificate issued by the competent authority and submit the photocopy along with the application. In case of freedom fighter quota, children/grandchildren of brave freedom fighters have to submit photocopies (attested by a gazetted officer of 1st grade or above) of their parents’/grandparents’/grandparents’ participation in the liberation war.
In case of applicants in different quotas, original copies of relevant documents must be produced and photocopies must be submitted. If a candidate mentions in the application form as the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter, in that case, the candidate should submit the following documents/information during the oral examination as per the instructions of the latest issued circular of the Ministry of Liberation War.
Attested copy of “Red Muktibarta” or “Indian List” containing the name of the freedom fighter and the list containing the name, father’s name and address of the concerned freedom fighter published on the website of the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs should be submitted. The name, father’s name and address of the concerned valiant freedom fighter published on the website of the Ministry of Liberation War should be the same with the “Red Liberation List” or “Indian List” presented by the candidate or with both the lists presented.
