The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination: The age limit of the candidate as on 1 October 2023 should be as per the description in Column No. 3 of the circular. However, the maximum age limit is 32 years in the case of sons and daughters of veer freedom fighters/martyred veer freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Candidates serving in the Directorate of Printing and Publication will be considered as Departmental Candidates/Working Candidates.

Departmental Candidates/Working Candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfillment of all conditions. This condition is not applicable to other than departmental candidates/ working candidates. All the employed candidates are required to submit the original copy of No Objection Clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. The existing rules and regulations of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination.

Candidates who have received User ID within the said period have to submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 hours from the time of Online Application Submission.In the online application form, the candidate will upload his colored photograph (length 300 × width 300) Pixel and signature (length maximum 100KB and 300 × width 80) Pixel and signature size should be maximum 60KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all the subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the online application form.

Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related need and submit one copy during the oral examination. Rules of sending SMS and payment of exam fee: After filling the application form online properly and uploading the photo and signature as per the instructions, if the candidate completes the application form submission, the application preview copy with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application form will get an Applicant’s copy with a User ID, photograph and signature. If any information is wrong in the applicant’s copy or the image is unclear (completely black/completely white/blurred) or the image/signature is not correct then one can re-apply.
