The following conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination: Candidate Age Limit as on 31/08/2013 AD Age limit for general candidates is 18 to 30 years. Age limit 18 to 32 years only in case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. Birth registration certificate/national identity card is required for proof of age, no affidavit is acceptable.

According to this recruitment circular No. 01 of Government Institutions Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules 2019, 03 and 05 Accounts Cell Staff Recruitment Rules of Ministries and Departments, 2018 and Nos. 02, 04 and 06 to fill the vacant posts “Bangladesh Secretariat (non-cadre gazetted officers and non- -Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014” and amendments, 2020 will be followed. Further, all existing government rules/orders/rules related to recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed.
Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply through appropriate authority. Job candidates should tick (v) in the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. Job candidate has to produce original copy of no objection letter from concerned authority at the time of oral test. No advance copy will be accepted in this case.
Candidates who have passed the written test will be considered for the oral test.
Candidates who have cleared both the written and practical tests for the vacant posts in serial number 15 of the table will be considered eligible to participate in the oral test only. Considering the number of applicants, the departmental recruitment/promotion/higher grade committee may conduct the selection test before the written test. 5. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written, oral and practical tests. The appointing authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification or amend/cancel the notification.

In the online application form, the candidate will scan his signature (Length 300Pixel x Width 80Pixel) and color photograph (Length 300Pixel x Width 300Pixel) and upload at the designated place. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be hundred percent sure about the correctness of all the information filled before submitting the application form online. Candidates shall keep a colored print copy of the online filled application form as an aid for any examination related requirements and submit one copy during the oral examination.
Rules of sending SMS and payment of examination fee: After filling the application form online properly and uploading the photo and signature according to the instructions, after submitting the application form, the application preview with the photo can be seen on the computer. Candidates who submit the application correctly will get an Applicant’s Copy with a User ID, Photograph and Signature. After downloading the Applicant’s Copy, print it in color and save it.

A User ID number will be given in the applicant’s copy and using the User ID number the candidate can send 2 (two) SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid mobile number in the following manner regarding the examination fee regarding the examination fee for serial number 1-5 of the table mentioned in this recruitment circular. 200/- (Two Hundred) Taka and Service Charge of Teletalk 23/- (Twenty Three) Including (Non Refundable) Total 223/- (Taka Two Hundred) and 100/- (One Hundred) Taka for Serial No.
12/- and Service Charge of Teletalk 12/- (times) with Rs.(non-refundable) Total 112/- (one hundred times Rs.) should be deposited within seventy two hours. It is specifically mentioned here that “Even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted under any circumstances until the examination fee is submitted”.
