Educational Qualifications Graduation / Masters in Finance/Accounting/Business/Commerce etc.
Experience Must have at least 1-2 years of work experience in the job described below

Additional requirements
  • Must have trustable interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge about accounting.
  • Must be proficient in social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Also proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Prior experience in selling institutional products will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of WordPress themes, HTML, CSS will be preferred in the job field.
  • Must have knowledge related to information technology.
  • Must have the ability to work under extra stress.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English will be preferred.
Job Responsibility
  • Create a record of accounting vouchers by coding, g, and posting in accounting software.
  • Preparation of required financial statements and required reports by the management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • All financial records and books of accounts including general ledger books, party ledger books, cash and bank books, and other relevant registers should be kept carefully. Besides, daily, weekly, monthly reports/statements have to be prepared in this regard.
  • Financial parties (banks/insurance) need to make a reconciliation statement.
  • Satisfactory answers to any other questions, including any questions from the customer, should be politely confirmed.
  • Keep accurate records of all clients and meet and communicate with new/old customers.
  • Conduct promotional activities through email, telephone calls, and various social media (Facebook / Twitter / Instagram) tools.
  • Efforts should be made to create sales activities through conversations with potential customers.
  • In order to maximize the use of software, its services and benefits need to be explained to the customers.
  • To showcase and present software-based products to the clients for the purpose of increasing sales.
  • Regularly prepare various reports (sales, call reports).
  • Must have the habit of discipline and punctuality.
