The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Jhenaidah district. The applicant has to submit a handwritten application in the prescribed form. Hand written application will not be accepted without it.
The application form prescribed by the government should be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Binaidah and should reach the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jhenaidah by post within the next 02-11-2023 during office hours. There should be a clear seal bearing the name, designation of the attesting officer. Citizenship Certificate issued by the Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman of the concerned Municipality.

Attested photocopies of all educational qualifications and experience (if any) certificates. Character certificate by a gazetted officer of the first class under the seal named. In case of freedom fighter children/pets of freedom fighters as per government policy, job candidates applying for freedom fighter quota should submit national identity card of freedom fighter, birth certificate, freedom fighter certificate, release letter, gazette, ministry certificate, candidate’s national identity card in case of grandson/granddaughter of freedom fighter, parent’s national identity card along with the prescribed form. Attested copy and attested copy of certificate issued by Class I Gazetted Officer/Municipal Mayor/UP Chairman regarding relationship with freedom fighters should be submitted along with the application form.
