DGT Job Circular 2024
The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination: 1. In the case of recruitment, the prevailing rules and regulations of the government, quota system and any subsequent amendments in this regard will be followed. Candidate’s Age: Minimum and maximum age of the candidate will be 18-30 years as on 20 Novembar 2024. Age limit is relaxable up to 32 (thirty two) years only in case of Veer Mukti Joddha/ Shaheed Veer Mukti Joddha/ children of Veerangana and Physically Handicapped candidates. The latest notification/rules regarding age of entry into service shall be applicable till the last date of receipt of applications. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age. The candidate must be a Bangladeshi permanent citizen by birth. Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Candidates must submit the original copy of No Objection letter issued by the concerned appointing authority at the time of oral examination.
5 Candidates must submit additional 01 (one) set of attested photocopies along with the original copies of the following certificates at the time of oral examination. The list of documents to be submitted is as follows: (a) Application form filled online; (b) 02 (two) copies of passport size attested photographs; (c) Attested photocopies of all educational qualification certificates and attested photocopies of licences/experience certificates where applicable; (d) No objection letter issued by the appropriate authority in the case of candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Institutions; (e) Certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of Bangladesh; (f) National Identity Card Birth Registration Certificate: (g) Character Certificate issued by First Class Gazetted Officer’s Name Seal.
(h) Certificate issued by the competent authority as per the latest instructions of the Government as proof of Freedom Fighters, Martyred Freedom Fighters and Heroines. Moreover, in the case of children of freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters and heroes, the certificate issued by the Union Parishad Chairman/City Corporation Ward Councilor and Municipal Mayor/Municipal Councilor regarding the relationship between the candidate and the freedom fighter issued by the competent authority for the candidates of minorities, physically challenged and third gender. 1 (one) set of attested photocopies of certificates should also be submitted. The applicant must mention the details of his/her last acquired educational qualification. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written, oral and practical tests.At the time of oral examination candidates must submit additional 01 (one) set of attested photocopies along with the original copies of the below mentioned certificates.

(g) character certificate issued by the seal bearing the name of a gazetted officer of the first class; (h) Certificate issued by the competent authority as per the latest instructions of the Government as proof of Freedom Fighters, Martyred Freedom Fighters and Heroines.
Moreover, in the case of children of freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters and heroes, a certificate of relationship between the candidate and the freedom fighter by the chairman of the Union Parishad/ ward councilor of the city corporation and the mayor/municipal councilor of the municipality. Minorities, Physically Handicapped and Third Gender candidates should also submit 1 (one) set of attested photocopies of certificates issued by the competent authority. The applicant must mention the details of his/her last acquired educational qualification. will not be provided. The appointing authority of any type of TA/DA for participation in written, oral and practical tests reserves the right to reduce/ increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification. A resident of one district cannot apply as a resident of another district. The applicant will be bound to work anywhere in Bangladesh after getting the appointment. No application will be accepted except online.
