Application Rules: The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination: Candidates from all districts can apply. The candidate’s age should be 18-32 years as on 01.02.2025. Affidavit is not acceptable for proving age. Candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. The employed candidates must select the option of Departmental Candidate while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition is not applicable in the case of others. However, all employed candidates must submit the original copy of the no objection clearance certificate issued by the appointing authority at the time of the oral examination.
The existing rules and regulations of the government and any subsequent amendments to the rules and regulations in this regard will be followed. Candidates must produce the original copies of the following certificates at the time of the oral examination:
All educational qualifications, experience, citizenship, character and all types of training certificates and a set of attested photocopies of all documents including the completed Application Form must be submitted. In the case of children of freedom fighters, martyred freedom fighters and heroines, a certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted as per the latest instructions of the government.
In the case of applicants under the quota of ethnic minorities, a certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted. In the case of applicants under the quota of physically disabled and third gender, a certificate issued by the competent authority must be submitted. If no eligible candidates are found in the prescribed quota, the vacant posts of the respective quota will be filled from the general merit list. In addition, the complete recruitment notification along with form filling, submission instructions and other applicable conditions and information can also be found on the Health Services Department website (www.hsd.gov.bd).
The application deadline is as followsStarting date and time for filling the application form online and submitting the examination fee: 16.02.2025 at 10.00 am Last date and time for submitting the application form online: 15.03.2025 at 5.00 pm.Candidates who have received User ID within the said period will submit the examination fee via SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submitting the application form online. Scan his/her color photograph (length 300× width 300) pixels and signature (length 3000 width 80) pixels in the online application form and upload it to the designated location.
The maximum size of the photograph should be 100 KB and the maximum size of the signature should be 60 KB. Since the information filled in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself/herself will be 100% sure about the accuracy of all the information filled before submitting the application form online. The candidate will keep a print copy of the application form filled in online as an aid for any examination-related needs and will submit a copy during the oral examination.
