The following conditions must be followed for filling the application form and appearing in the examination Candidate’s age limit as on 01 October 2023 should be as described in column 3 of the notification. In case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged, the maximum age limit is 32 years. However, in case of sons/daughters of heroic freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters, the maximum age limit is 30 years. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority.

Job candidates should tick (V) in the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the employed candidates are required to submit the original copy of the no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. The existing rules and regulations of the government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules will be followed. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examinations.
The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification. In this recruitment circular, to fill the vacant posts of Serial Nos. 1, 3 and 5 of the table ‘Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014’ (Revised 2020) and to fill the vacant posts of serial Nos. 2 and 4 of ‘Govt. Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules, 2019’ will be followed. Candidates who have cleared the written test in the practical test and the candidates who have cleared the practical test will be eligible to participate in the oral test for the posts of Sant Mundraksharik Cum Computer Operator, Computer Operator, Office Assistant Cum Computer Tuner and Data Entry/Control Operator posts.
